One minute they came out of the oven and the next the were gone!!! Very good, I followed the recipe exactly the way it was written for the exception that I used oat bran rather than regular rolled oats.

Cinnamon Sweet Potato Slices

I can't eat sugar but i can tell you that everyone loved these potatoes!! I baked them for longer until they were really crisp.

Whipped Cream Biscuits

It was enjoyed, it's very nice to top it off with a spread of some kind, my husband ate it plain and with an almond spread, he enjoyed it both ways.

Prune and Raisin Filled Cookies

Amazing!!! Everyone loved it, even people who aren't crazy about prunes! Though I didn't glaze it with lemon because I had a cream left over from muffins I made I wanted to use that up, so I poured it over the dough right before putting it in the oven... the cream had chocolate chips in it as well. Fabulous!!
