Basic Cream Cheese Frosting

Reviewed: May 26, 2010
Good tasting but you definately need less sugar! I only put 1 cup and about 1/2 strawberry preserves and it was way too sweet for me already! I can't even imagine how sweet it would be with 4 cups of sugar!

Cool Whipped Frosting

Reviewed: May 26, 2010
sorry to say but this was a disaster! the whole frosting was so watery that it leaked out of my cake before I was able to put it in the fridge! I had to disassemble my cake and make a different frosting....

Spinach Dip with Water Chestnuts

Reviewed: Jan. 2, 2010
I have been making this forever and I love it. I never add water chestnuts but it tastes great anyway. The recipe is in the back of Knorr Vegetable Soup mix.

Easy Tilapia with Wine and Tomatoes

Reviewed: Aug. 17, 2008
Very delicious recipe. I tried it few times and it always turns out great. The only thing I change is the amount of wine I add.. I go for half of what the recipe calls for so the sauce is a little thicker.

Roasted Garlic Cauliflower

Reviewed: Aug. 17, 2008
This got to be the best cauliflower recipe out there. I tried it with broccoli as well and it works great too. I also put some bread crums on top to make it more crunchy :)

Easy Dump Cake

Reviewed: Aug. 17, 2008
It was the first time I've made bundt cake and it turned out pretty good. The only complaint I had was that it was too moist for me.. almost fell apart. Otherwise very good taste. Thanks

Fiesta Stuffed Peppers

Reviewed: Jun. 5, 2008
My family loved these peppers. I cooked the meat first together with onions and some salsa and I also added some fajita seasoning. Then mixed it up with the rest, put it in the oven and topped it with some cheese about 5 min before they were done. Delicious!
