Pecan Baked Scallops

I enjoyed the recipe very much. I didn't have everything on hand so changed it a bit. Instead of crackers I used 1/2 panko crumbs and 1/2 italian bread crumbs. I did not have lemon juice so I sprinkled lemon pepper. I put some maple syrup in with the melted better for touch of sweet. Very good receipe to play around with.

Bourbon Pecan Chicken

My God!!!!!! This is heaven, disney land, winning the lottery and dying and going to heaven in the same dish. WOW WOW WOW. The only changes I made. I did not use clarified butter. I followed other suggestions of butter/olive oil. I cooked for 3 minutes on each side and then finished off in the oven. and I did the egg wash and added panko crumbs. This dish is out of this world. Oh ya, also doubled the bourbon. FANTASTIC!!!!!!!

Lori's Famous Crab Cakes

I am from the east coast and living in the midwest you can not get a decent crab cake to save your life. This recipe is fantastic. Very easy to make. I would recommend to anyone, and I have!!!

Unstuffing Side Dish

This recipe was very easy to make. I made the dish early in the day and just popped it in the oven after the turkey came out of the oven. It was a hit. Very flavorful. The only thing I did different was I used 1 LB of the sausage and I used sage flavored stuffing croutons.
