It didn't taste bad, but it didn't taste great either. Sort of bland and did not reheat well. I don't think I'll make it again.

Three Ingredient Peanut Butter Cookies

As written, these cookies don't come out like traditional peanut butter cookies, but they still taste good, and you can't beat the simplicity of this recipe.

Self-Rising Flour

I'm a pumpkin addict, and this pumpkin casserole recipe really hits the spot! It's super simple since you just mix all the ingredients together and dump it into a casserole dish to make, and the taste is amazing. It tastes like something inbetween a pumpkin pie and sweet potato casserole.

Key Lime Cake III

Made this as cupcakes and they were fantastic! I had been craving lime cupcakes, and these really hit the spot. The only change I made was to use key lime juice in the batter instead of orange juice. The cake doesn't rise very much though, so to get the cupcakes to look right I had to fill the cups up to almost the top.

Chicken Piccata with Artichoke Hearts

I made this the other day and it was fabulous! I did leave out the artichokes though because I didn't have any on hand, but I'm sure it would have been just as good with them.

Nacho Chicken Casserole

Pretty good recipe, and easy to make. Really isn't a stand-alone though, it needs something else. I put a layer of rice in a casserole dish and put this on top before baking, and that way it made a complete meal.

Classic Macaroni Salad

I gave this recipe to my mother, who happens to be cooking challenged, and the recipe is so simple even she can pull it off. She made it for a cookout today, and it was so good that everyone was asking about the recipe! If my mom can make it, and it tastes great, you know it's a fantastic recipe!

Jalapeno Popper Cups

I used tostitos scoops because I wasn't able to find phyllo tart shells anywhere. It was amazing. I made a whole cookie sheet full and my sister and I ate almost all of them ourselves!

BBQ Bacon Ranch Dip

I made this using Sweet Baby Ray's Sweet and Spicy BBQ sauce and it was amazing. I brought it to a party and everyone loved it. Before hand I told my sister what I was making to bring to the party and she said it sounded gross, but then she even loved it and couldn't stop eating it!

Chicken Breasts Pierre

Gelatin Poke Cake

They used to serve this cake in the cafeteria when I was in highschool, and I had been craving items from my highschool lunches. I know it sounds weird, but I loooved cafeteria food. Especially these things called fiestadas, but anyways, this cake hit the spot! It's simple to make, but sooooo good!!!

Pecan Pie V

Originally I was going to try to make a pecan pie recipe that called for corn-syrup, but I couldn't find any at the store. Now I'm glad I couldn't! This recipe is amazing and all I had to buy was a pie crust and the pecans! Everything else I already had! This pie is extremely easy to make and it tasted great! I did add a bit more pecans than what the recipe calls for, but that was the only change I made.

Artichoke Chicken

I made this using half mayo/half sour cream, and marinated artichoke hearts as others suggested. It was really good and tasted like a chicken breast smothered in artichoke dip. Even my boyfriend who claimed to hate artichokes went back for seconds of this.
