Campbell's Kitchen Beef Stroganoff

Reviewed: Dec. 15, 2010
This was very fast and super easy to make! It only took me less than 30 mins to make it... as long as it takes to boil the noodles. I used ground beef that I precooked and froze from the freezer, so it made it that much easier! I also added a can of sliced mushrooms, yummy!

Gingerbread Cookies II

Reviewed: Mar. 29, 2010
These cookies were too hard for my liking. They didn't taste good. If I were to make these again, I would just use it to make a Ginger Bread house instead.

These are nice to make around Xmas time. I made these a few yrs ago for a Xmas potluck and everyone always seemed surprised with the cherry in the middle. Plus I knew that nobody would have the same as me. Great recipe

Candy Cane Cookies I

Reviewed: Mar. 29, 2010
Instead of shortening I used butter, which tasted nicely. The cookie was a hit and I added a peppermint extract to seem more like a candy cane.

Cream of Celery Soup

Reviewed: Mar. 29, 2010
This has been the best celery soup I've ever eaten. I added extra celery because I had lots! It came out great and everyone kept coming back for more. Needless to say it didn't last long.

Play Dough Cookies

Reviewed: Mar. 29, 2010
These were very fun and colorful to make. They tasted wonderful. It reminds me of sugar cookies except with cream cheese, which makes it more filling. They have a nice subtle taste, not too sweet. Thanks for the recipe, can't wait to make these again.. a real fave! :)

Waffles II

Reviewed: Mar. 29, 2010
These were wonderful! They were very filling than previous ones I made before because they were more dense. I made a tiny change in the recipe, instead of using vegetable oil I used butter, works the same.

Brown Sugar Shortbread Cookies

Reviewed: Dec. 14, 2009
This cookies were the most talked about with my friends and family! I followed the directions exactly but found that the dough was too dry so i added a little milk to moisten it up and it seemed to work. I also kept them in the oven a little longer because they weren't quite done. Other than that, they came out perfect.

Chocolate Covered Cherry Cookies II

Reviewed: Oct. 26, 2009
I love these cookies! They were very chocolatey and sweet, my only wish was if I put 1 or 2 more cherries in the middle... next time. Also, I had a lot extra chocolate icing left over and I put the cookies in 5 mins longer because they seemed too soft at 10 mins. I will be making these again, SO YUMMY!

Blueberry Crumb Bars

Reviewed: May 14, 2009
These blueberry crumb bars were really yummy! Instead of shortening I used butter and I also used frozen blueberries that I bought in bulk from Cosco. They tasted amazing! At first I thought they would be too sugary but it turns out that they are just right. As with any crumble, I think it tastes best when served warm.

Quick and Easy Alfredo Sauce

Reviewed: Feb. 12, 2009
Mmmm this was very simple, fast and easy to make. I used it with pre-made frozen pasta (5-cheese, 3 colored ravioli) and it tasted wonderful! It was gone as fast as I made it. I also love that I got to use up some of my many cream cheeses that I purchased over the Christmas holiday. I will make this again for next weeks supper.

Awesome Bow Tie Pasta

Reviewed: Feb. 2, 2009
This pasta tasted wonderful, it was like the kind you order at a fancy restaurant. Except, me and my fiance made a few changes. While the pasta was cooking we sauted some chopped red onions in the olive oil (in a seperate pot). Then mixed the tomatoes and green onions in a bowl, I put some parsley and oregeno in it. When the onions were done sauting we added the tomato mixture and the cooked pasta along with half of the feta cheese to warm up. I only put 1/4 cup or less of balsamic vinegar because it seemed very strong. After the vinegar was added we turned off the stove and ate the pasta hot. We sprinkled the remaining feta cheese on top and served it with spiced chicken and veggies. Best homemade supper this week!

Peanut Butter Oatmeal Cookies

Reviewed: Jan. 30, 2009
These cookies tasted really healthy and yummy, as well as easy to make. I made half of the batch with raisins and the other half without. I would definetly recommend adding raisins if you love raisins. Plus it gave it a little more sweetness.
