Supreme Scalloped Potatoes

Wonderful! I'd recommend slicing potatoes in a food processor of mandoline to ensure they are even for uniform cooking. NOthing worse than cruncy potatoes!

Baked French Fries I

Loved this recipe..just the right amount of kick. Just watch it closely. Depends how thin you cut your fries, it's easy to go from just right to a little burned.

French Baguettes

good recipe. We are a family of three and I end up dividing the dough into three and making medium sized round loafs (with an x cut on top) and it's just the right serving amound. I don't grease the pan, just cook on parchment. They also freeze great. Just wrap in saran wrap and then put them in a freezer zip lock. Pull it out 30-60 minutes before you want to eat and it will be thawed and ready to be warmed. I love slicing and drizzling the bread with olive oil and slathering with ROASTED garlic butter. Broil till slightly crunchy and it's irrisistable!

Coconut Macaroons

Great flavor, but a little extra flour and coconut are necessary to thicken the batter. Otherwise it spreads out too much during cooking. Thicken the dough and you get chewy, moist macaroons!

Heavenly Halibut

Easy recipe with great flavor. I liked using chives instead of green onions. I imagine this would be great on any fish - especially white fish. Easy to scale up and down for servings.
