Made with 6 cups of ollalieberries and used 1 cup of brown sugar and 1 cup of butter ... delicious with a nice tart flavor that went perfectly with ice cream!

Delicious and very easy. I added zucchini and marinated the vegetables and chicken separately overnight. We served it with salad and brown rice pilaf.

Holiday Peppermint Bark

I made this recipe multiple times last year with both white chocolate morsels and almond bark and both tasted good. I also added 1 T of oil to make it creamy and 1/2 tsp of mint extract for extra flavor.

Delicious! I made it using my bread machine. I cut the recipe in half, used the 1lb setting and added the liquids, solids, and then the yeast to the container.

Magic Peanut Butter Middles

So good and fun to make. As per previous reviews I reduced both types of sugar to 1/3 cup and added 2 Tbs of sour cream to the liquid ingredients. I divided both sets of dough into ~30 balls to make sure I would have an equal number for both.
