Mulligatawny Soup I
Sorry, did not like this. I have many other soups with similar ingredients that I would prefer to use. I think the flour (which I've never seen in Indian dishes) gave it a bad taste.

Chex(R) Pumpkin Pie Crunch
Be careful, this stuff is addicting! I have made it twice now and have learned to only cook it 3 min 40 sec for my microwave. I would also suggest using pecan halves and leaving them whole because they are about the same size as the cereal. If you have smaller pieces they will go the the bottom of the bowl. Let's see if this batch lasts till tomorrow. The last batch never made it to tailgating.

Heather's Grilled Salmon
Okay, now I can throw away all my other soy sauce-type salmon recipes, this is THE ONE! I was out of lemon pepper so I just used black pepper and some lemon juice. I made the whole recipe for 3 fillets and set some marinade aside for basting. This recipe is truly delicious!
