Spinach Lasagna I

I think this is a great place to start for Tofu Lasagna! Just to be clear, I used this recipe as a base because I could not find the last recipe I used. I used fresh Arugula instead of Spinach and added wine instead of water to deglaze the pan. I didn't use any parsley as I was using a store-bought sauce (Prego) and figured that would take care of most of the seasoning. I also used no-boil pasta (mostly because it was easier) and everything turned out great.

Tex Mex Black Bean Dip

Super easy and super tasty. I don't follow the recipe exactly, but you can add and subtract what you want for a great dip.

Pork Chops with Apples, Onions, and Sweet Potatoes

I had high hopes for this dish, but it did not turn out well. The pork was over cooked, the vegetables were undercooked and the apples were the only thing that turned out well. While I liked the flavors together, the pork didn't absorb any of the flavors from the pan drippings and ultimately I was disappointed.

Pasta with Yogurt Sauce

It's a good base recipe. It has a good flavor and is simple to put together. My only complaints were that I didn't feel I had enough sauce and it tended to clump.

Bazlama - Turkish Flat Bread

This is a great recipe. I used olive oil to cook it and it was fabulous! I would recommend halving the recipeas it yielded a total of 8 flats. (I did try freezing half of it as well and I wouldn't recommend it as the dough doesn't rise well after it's defrosted and it drys out pretty fast.)
