Turkey Burgers
The first time I made these I followed the recipe as written and they were good. The second time I made these I used Lipton Savory Garlic and Herb dry soup mix (instead of the onion mix), added some Dijon mustard to the meat mixture, omitted the salt, and added unseasoned bread crumbs. We then grilled them on a charcoal grill until done and they were WONDERFUL. Topped with lettuce and tomato. The Savory Herb and Garlic dry soup mix was an excellent compliment to the turkey.

Prosciutto Parmesan Pasta
Yummy, yum, yum...only change was using frozen peas. Can peas are a little too mushy for us. Megin thank you, this was great, quick, and very easy to make.

Wonderful Meatloaf
Add seasonings (garlic powder, onion powder) for a better taste and flour to keep the loaf from falling apart. The rice really absorbs the juices from the meat and becomes soggy. This is an easy fix if you work flour into the mixture. A very good meatloaf, overall. The second time making this I added diced and drained canned tomatoes and diced green peppers along with garlic and onion powder. Topped it with BBQ sauce and it was phenomenal.
