The recipe for this cookie is everything its cracked up to be.... They turned out yummie! the first batch i baked for 17 minutes what made them crunchy.... stil GOOD but i prefer mine soft and chewy. I acomplished this with the second batch that was baked in 15 minutes....AND YESSSSSSS..... SOOO GOOD!! Best ever made by myself. I did put dough in FREEZER for 20 minutes (and yes, wil try next time without this to see what happends ) Also used a silicone baking mat (hope this is how its called in english) Did not have choclate chips so cut up the amount needed from semi dark choclate bars.....I thought it was a bit much and could easy do with half the amount but my kids disagree ;) (wil also give an update on that) Also used real butter, cause lets be real.....it does not get better than that, plus i dont like to cook with artificial fats. I divided the dough in three (large) rols and cut the cookies (give or take) about a inch thick before putting them on the sheet..... they did NOT turn flat but stayed nice and BIGGG! THe only thing i ran out of was vanilla so did not use this ( cant say i missed it but wil see next time) Other than that stayed with the recipe. Sorry cant tell the taste of the cookies the next day...:)
