Apple Turnovers
Wow, delicious! I used Royal Gala apples, cut the brown sugar down to 1/2 cup packed (I don't like things too sugary sweet) and added 1 T honey. I used a quality vanilla that has vanilla seeds in it and that really enhanced the glaze. Highly recommend. I had to hide them to stop my Hub from eating them all.

Kalamata Olive Tapenade
I'm not 100% on this recipe. Maybe the flavors are too strong, but I found this tasted very tart and acidic -- perhaps from the capers and lemon juice. It seems to need something to balance it out. Perhaps it's the quality of the kalamata olives I used. Perhaps it just doesn't suit my taste buds.

Roasted Cauliflower Soup
This recipe was YUM. My husband is allergic to onions so I substituted celery. Also substituted a little less port wine instead of sherry. Even so, it was still very delicious and I enjoyed it. If I made the recipe verbatim, it might get the 5 stars as I really love onion. I used lowfat milk but it still thickened up just fine.
