This is a great, yet simple recipie. I have to admit with what went into it and the way it looked as I let it marinade I didn't think it was gonig to be all that great...I was wrong. Thanks for the contribution, this is a must try recipie, I'll certainly do it again.

Tuscan Cream Cheese Spread

This is spread is amazing. I used a food processor to speed up the chopping stage but other than that it was a very simple recipe. Every day that it sits in the refrigerator, the better it gets, gently blending all of those bold spices together. This is a must try!!!
