This recipe was given to me by a friend who also gave us some halibut caught in Alaska. It is amazing! We like it so much that we use it on mahi, tuna and filet mignons. We always make extra for dipping. Try this, you will be surprised at how good the taste is from so few ingredients! We do not change anything about the recipe.
