Strawberry Cake from Scratch

I was really hopeful of this recipe. I read all reviews and decided to make this cake without any changes. I was looking for a good tasting strawberry cake for cupcakes that a client wanted. I tested it on my family first and glad that I did. It was nothing that I expected. It smelled wonderful in the oven and even began to rise nicely then it just went flat. After they cooled I tasted them and it was very rubbery and fake tasting. I am HOPING that I can turn them into cakepops :(

The Best Rolled Sugar Cookies

This is my first ever batch of sugar cookies. I am a baker but Sugar Cookies scare me! I had an order for Mickey Mouse Cookies and decided to go with this recipe. I read ALL the reviews and decided to go with the added 1 cup of sugar and extra vanilla extract, VERY YUMMY!!! Baked them 6-7 mins and they are perfect, not too crispy and not too chewy. This makes a lot of cookies, I used the Wilton Mickey Mouse Cutter and baked 3 dozen cookies and had tons of dough left, could probably bake another 3+ dozens. I did not have Parchment Paper on hand so I had to lightly scrape them off my pan, but next time I will use it since I did break a few in the process :( Thanks again for this recipe!!!!

Red Velvet Cupcakes

I just made these cupcakes. After reading all the reviews I made some adjustments. I used 1/4 less flour, instead of 1/2 C milk I used 1 C buttermilk, 2 1/2 tsp vanilla and baked for 18 mins. 20-25 is WAYYYY too long for cupcakes. I got about 35 cupcakes from this recipe. I did not try the frosting, but instead used the Whipped Cream Cheese frosting that everyone was raving about. It was DELISH!!!

Marshmallow Fondant

Thank you SOOO much for this recipe! I spend $17 on 2lbs of fondant last week and it was blah. I have a Baby Shower that I have to bake for and this recipe saved me tons of money and taste great! I added the marshmallows, water and vanilla to my KA and added the sugar, about a cup at a time. My only flaw was that I got scared it wasn't the right consistency and tried to kneed the rest by hand, BIG MISTAKE, it was so sticky and soft. I put it all back in the KA added more sugar and it was perfect.

Whipped Cream Cream Cheese Frosting

Very yummy frosting! I used this to frost 24 Red Velvet Cupcakes that I also got from this website. I did use 1 C confectioners sugar instead of the regular kind. I also creamed my cream cheese first at room temperature, then added the rest of the ingredients. I had to stick it back into the fridge for about 20 minutes before using to frost. I used a large star tip to pipe it onto the cupcakes then back into the fridge. I do not recommend this frosting if its going to be outside in the heat.

Special Buttercream Frosting

Amazing frosting! I use it for cakes and cupcakes. Love that its easy to work with and pipe. I even add a cup and a half of cocoa powder to make chocolate frosting. YUM!!!

Jenn's Out Of This World Spaghetti and Meatballs

After reading the reviews I cut way back on the sugar, only using 2 tbs and using only 1 can of paste. It came out very very good and my 3 year old loved it, especially since she got to help roll the meatballs. I only gave 3 stars because this recipe needed a lot of modifications to make it a 5 star.
