Banana Crumb Muffins
Great flavor!! Moist, but not too dense. The crumb topping really is the icing on the cake. A great way to use overripe bananas and super easy. Next time I might add walnuts to the muffin for something a little extra. The only downfall to this muffin recipe is I wish they made more - they are that yummy!

Fluffy Pancakes
Truly fluffy!! These had great flavor and filling. My husband and I loved these - the recipe is definitely a keeper!!

Ukrainian Apple Cake (Yabluchnyk)
Good crumb crust layered with apples. The apples don't stick together as well as I had liked in the layers, but they taste delicious and I wouldn't want to add any more sugar to make them stick. The tastes like a box cake mix used to make a crust.
