Sugar Coated Pecans

I made these for a party and people couldn't stop raving about them. They are so good when they are still warm straight from the oven! definitely will make them again!

Spinach Lasagna II

I liked it, but found the spinach to be a little over powering. I think next time I'll try fresh spinach and/or significantly less. I mixed ricotta cheese and cottage cheese to make it a 4 cheese lasagne. (with parmesan and Mozzerella on top)

Chicken and Corn Chili

Yummy! And so simple! I also just put it all in together and cooked for 8 hours on low, I used crushed garlic instead of garlic powder (about 1.5 tsp) if you are sensitive to spicey foods I would go easy on the chilli powder. I'd love to try it with a little sour cream!
