Chocolate Zucchini Cake III
I've made this a couple of times, but I always turn them into cupcakes! I generally end up doubling the recipe or even tripling when zucchini season comes around. These are a hit! People adore them. I do make sure to add dark chocolate chips to the batter in stead of walnuts (allergies)... and it makes them a nice not to rich treat. Sometimes I ice them, sometimes I don't - either way, adored.

Crazy Crust Pizza Dough
This was awesome! I only used one egg, added a ton of spices to the dough and made sure to grease the pan very well before slathering on the dough. I'd recommend taking a fork and stabbing some holes in the crust once it gets going. I also baked it for about 20 minutes before adding the toppings and cooking my pizza. I topped it with pizza sauce (from scratch), ham, onions, olives, tomatoes, and avocados which had been soaked with lemon + 4 cheeses on top = Fantastic

Beer Spice Cake
I made these into cupcakes... found that they were very moist and tasted awesome. Even when the recipe was doubled and made in one batch Lots of complements on them. Paired it with a cream cheese icing.
