Garlic Pork Roast

Reviewed: Mar. 20, 2010
Based on some revies I read I put the sweet potatoes on top of the meat, I still put the onion and garlic on the bottom of the meat. My family loves this!

Slow Cooker Chicken Cacciatore

Reviewed: Mar. 5, 2010
I do add a can of tomato paste to thicken up the sauce a bit and also add some ground oregano. I don't like bell pepper so I skip those. Also I put some Italian cheese mix or mozzarella cheese on top once dished out onto plates.

Cottage Meatloaf

Reviewed: Mar. 5, 2010
I am not big on meatloaf but I love this! My husband and son love it too. When they ask what's for dinner and I say meatloaf they are happy. I use ground red pepper instead of the crushed red pepper. The mixture for the topping is so much better than just plain ketchup on top.

Spicy Chili French Fries

Reviewed: Mar. 5, 2010
These are a huge hit in my house! I make skinny fries, don't soak and put the oven to 400 degrees. Other than that I follow directions and ingredients.

Slower Cooker Meatloaf

Reviewed: Mar. 5, 2010
Far too salty (and I love salt). My husband who will eat pretty much anything put in front of him did not like this at all. He did not have seconds and did not finish the first plate I gave him (this only happens when he really really doesn't like something).

My husband and I really didn't like this. It was rather bland.

Barbeque Pork Two Ways

Reviewed: Mar. 5, 2010
Based on other reviews I used 1c ketchup and 1c bbq sauce. I loved it! My husband wants me to use a spicier bbq sauce, which I will do the next time I make this (I have no problem with that request). The sauce was full of flavor, so much tastier than just dumping in regular bbq sauce. I served this over baked potatoes with shredded cheddar and sour cream. I cooked it in the crockpot and it smelled so good that I could hardly wait for dinner.
