Cinnamon Coffee Cake II

Reviewed: Jun. 10, 2009
OH.MY.WORD. This is delicious!!! Do not pay attention to any negative reviews. I served this to about 12 people that were staying at my house and they all raved about it. If you're trying to make it more healthy, you may want to sub out applesauce, but I wouldn't recommend that because as written this is perfect. I couldn't find butterscotch pudding so I switched it out for cheesecake, and I didn't add nuts, but other than that I followed this exactly and it is definitely a keeper. The batter is thick, so just be patient with it when layering with the brown sugar mix. I promise you will not regret this one! So easy and tasty.

Campbell's® Chili and Rice

Reviewed: Mar. 5, 2009
First of all, the picture is wrong for this recipe, but anyways... For as quick and easy as this dish is, it really is yummy. I seasoned the meat really well with spices salt, pepper, garlic powder, etc and had to add another can of tomato soup. I also had to throw in a LOT more chili powder and cumin to give it flavor, and it was still no where near spicy, so definitely add according to your taste. This is more than worth the short time it takes for a quick and tasty dinner.

Hot Artichoke Spinach Dip

Reviewed: Jan. 2, 2009
I did the following and it turned out great: Added about half a block of cream cheese and beat it with the sour cream, along with about half a jar of alfredo sauce. It was delicious and thick and creamy. It may be just fine with the sour cream and heavy cream, but I took the advice of some other reviews and decided to make it a little creamier. Goes great with tortilla chips, crackers, or bread!

Mini Ham And Cheese Rolls

Reviewed: Jan. 2, 2009
Without any variations, these sandwiches are amazing. With your own personal touch I'm sure they're even better, although I like them as is. I made them for a New Year's Eve party and they were gone in minutes. Fantastic recipe, thank you for sharing!

Sourdough Bread

Reviewed: Jan. 2, 2009
This was my first attempt at real homemade bread and it turned out pretty well. It wasn't nearly as pretty as the picture, but tasty. I probably will try another recipe next time, but for as easy as this was it was well worth it.

Baked Potato Soup

Reviewed: Jan. 2, 2009
I've made this soup twice now and never regret the amount of time I put into it. I double the recipe, we love this soup so much and it even gets better the next day. I add more potatoes, use a little less basil and stir plenty of cheddar cheese and sour cream right into it as I'm making it. I boil the potatoes right in the chicken stock, and it comes out perfectly. When adding the the flour and spices to the bacon grease, I learned the second time making it to also add some chicken broth to make it a little easier to stir it all up. Well worth the effort. I made it yesterday with a sourdough bread recipe off this website as well and my husband decided it should be our New Year's tradition!
