Cream of Broccoli Soup III

REALLY TASTY!I used soy milk to make it dairy free.Also only used one cup of milk and the consistency was perfect!Lots of flavour,this is going to be one of my regular lunches!

Chili con Carne II

this was lovely, i did not add cloves or cinnamon.added extra tomotoe sauce and used veggie mince.lovely with salad and grated cheese on top.i also added cayenne pepper.

i marinated the breast as recommended,in olive oil,lime juice,garlic and black pepper.we don't have monterey jack cheese in Ireland,so i used cheddar.I found this dish a bit greasy,could have been the cheese but it just wasn't great sorry i know everyone else seemed to love it!!

Grilled Vegetables in Balsamic Tomato Sauce with CousCous

i changed this alot only just for time and convienence.i didn't hav eggplant or zucchini so used mushrooms and celery i fried all veg added broad beans from garden!i also added garlic and oregano and fresh basil these were a must.i enjoyed it served with potatos

Creole Butter Beans

these were lovely i didnt have any bell peppers just used some mushrooms.also grabbed some coriander and parsley from garden.mite cut down on the sugar and add some more spice but a lovely vegetarian meal thanks!

Ten Minute Szechuan Chicken

nice dish could do with a little bit of something i added mushrooms and next time i am going to roast some peppers and put them in.the cayenne pepper gave it a nice kick.cooked perfectly chicken was lovely and tender.overall good

Honey Mustard Tofu

the tofu turned out lovely.but i mixed it with sauce.it's hard to describe this sauce but it's not great way too much mustard perhaps, cos that was all i could taste.i have two portions left in fridge but i don't think i can eat them,maybe it's just not my taste?

Marinated Turkey Breast

lovely recipe my boyfriend loved it!i did it in the oven with some red peppers and mushrooms and left the marinade in the casserole dish covered it with tin foil then last ten mins took it off.very tasty i served it with boiled white rice

Quick Chick!

this was very good!i do agree with doubling gravy cos its lovely on the mashed potatoes!i added sage and cumin.also cornstarch and consistency was perfect.i added half gravy at start then two hours in added the rest i also threw in a few mushrooms quartered at the start really lovely comfort food.i served with mashed potatoes and mashed parsnips and carrots yum!

this was actually lovely i thought it may be bland but it's tasty i did have to add some more crushed tomatoes to sauce cos it wasn't enough.i didn't cook the pasta first i never have for lasange its always come out cooked perfect.thanks for the recipe!

Kashmiri-Style Kidney Beans with Turnips

loved this been awhile since i had a five star meal!love the use of turnip i have always liked it but was stuck for ways to use it.i mashed the red kidney beans to make then more easily digestable.but other then that i didn't change a thing.thanks for the recipe

I MADE THIS FOR A TRIFLE AND IT WAS PERFECT.I USED 8 EGG WHITES AS I CANNOT EAT THE YOLK AND USED SOYA MILK.I'M DELIGHTED I NOW CAN HAVE A DECENT TRIFLE AGAIN THANK U!!

lovely mid week meal so easy.i marinated this all day and added fresh garlic to it.i put it into a pyrex dish and into the oven for bout 35mins.lots of sauce so perfect with rice or noodles

Chicken in a Pot

divine meal!!i followed the review from elizabeth and doubled the sauce which was a must!also added extra mushrooms and served with rice and topped with parmesan cheese lovely meal with a bottle of rose!love it thanks a million!also added red wine gave the sauce a lovely rich flavour.
