Peanut Butter Cornflake Crunch Bars

Reviewed: Sep. 9, 2008
Very, very good! I mixed in toasted, lightly salted peanuts. They were a major hit! Oh, and as others have said: DEFINITELY half the cornflakes!

Pumpkin Bread IV

Reviewed: Aug. 15, 2008
Absolutely delicious! I didn't need very much, so I thirded the recipe, and it still turned out beautifully. The only alterations I made were adding a teaspoon of vanilla and (as others have said) a little pumpkin pie spice. It was wonderful! Very moist!

Lemon Pie II

Reviewed: Apr. 21, 2008
This is a great recipe. It's fast, easy and it doesn't fail! I've made it for a couple of goodie days in a pinch now, and it's turned out beautifully each time. The only tip I can offer is, as someone said above, to make sure that your cream cheese is entirely soft before you begin the mixing. As well, this pie is great to play with - I added some blueberries, and it turned out yummy!
