Garlic Cheese Chicken Rollups

Hubby & I enjoyed this recipe very much...will do it for company. Just to make it go a little quicker, I spread the crumbs & cheese on a piece of wax paper, generously buttered one side of the prepared chicken, then pressed buttered side into crumb mixture.....simple & clean-up is easy !.

Chocolate Covered Strawberries

The strawberries turned out beautifully !Thank you ! A hint for those of you that do not own a double boiler. I put a custard cup (it can withstand boiling water) in the bottom of the lower pan. Place smaller pot on top...much safer than trying to hold it ! I find it very safe!

Apple Bacon Tomato Soup

Hubby & I absolutely loved this soup...will make for company...a keeper. Of interest, son, recommended that I cut down on the wine a bit & omit the celery altogether...maybe use celery seed. He said celery ruined the texture. Thanks again for a great recipe.At 65...I need new ideas...for sure !

Hamburgers and Ketchup Gravy

Served this recipe over egg noodles....Hubby loved it! I'll do it again! ps....don't know where my meatball disappeared to....one minute they were there..next minute they dissolved into a lovely "spaghetti"sauce.LOL ! Was yummy anyway! Thank you!

Artichoke Chicken

I was making this for just Hubby & i, and had only 2 chicken breasts.I went ahead & made sauce for whole recipe & served it as a pasta dish.We both enjoyed it. Needs more salt !!

Roasted Roma Tomatoes and Garlic

Loved it! With the garlic cloves(lots), I tucked button mushrooms in between the tomatoes. Grated mozzerella on top for last 10 minutes. Served it at a luncheon, on a bed of lettuce with dollops of cottage cheese around. Looked & tasted great ! A keeper...thanks !
