To Die For Blueberry Muffins

I had some apricot preserves I wanted to use up, so I added 1/3 cup and it came out really good. The recipe is great as is too!

Pumpkin Cookies V

Great cookies! The recipe made 5 dozen large cookies. I took a bunch to work and they were gone before lunch. I'll be making them again for my daughter's girl scout troop Halloween party.

Cheesy Ham and Hash Brown Casserole

My family loves this dish. I will often make it ahead of time for them for dinner when I will be at work. Then my husband just pops it in the oven. I usually throw in some frozen green beans or green onions.
