Oven French Fries
These are easy and tasty - my daughter's 'home fry expert' friend thought they were the best she's ever had! Pretty high praise for an eight-year-old. I really like them too - I think there's a big difference with soaking them first - just be careful they don't burn.

Flourless Chocolate Cake I
OH MY GOSH!!!The most decadent cake I've had - very high end. Topped it with the stabilized whipped cream icing from this site and served on a pool of raspberry sauce from the Snow pudding recipe from this site. Should be named something else - flourless makes it sound like there's something missing, but there sooooo is not.

Roquefort Pear Salad
absolutely the best salad I've ever had. I make it even better by using a mesclun and herb salad mix I get at the local produce store. Everyone I serve this to thinks it's fantastic. Careful doing the pecans - easy to burn.
