I was not fond of this recipe at all. It was not the best I've ever used... I could only make drop cookies out of it, because after rolling it out and using the cookie cutters, the dough was to soft and the cookies could not be lifted off of the surface I was rolling out on, even with flour. Yes, perhaps if you were to use parchment paper they would be fine... but I do not, so if you do not use parchment paper either, please stray away from this one or you will be frustrated! Also they tasted quite bland.
