Poblano Chicken Enchilada Casserole

Probably will not make this again, like other comments it definitely needs salt! I was really surprised by the lack of flavor.

Texas Cowboy Stew

I changed the serving size to 6 and it still made a ton of stew. I didn't care for the kielbasa sausage but it was a nice meal on a cold day.

Slow Cooker Enchiladas

My boyfriend loved this recipe. It was very easy and quick. I did add a can of pinto beans and left out the cream of mushroom soup and it still tasted great.

White Chili II

I used this recipe as a guide. Made a few changes, I’d suggest making everything in one large pot. I didn’t make a roux but did add a few pinches of flour to thicken up. It was very good!!

This was a good recipe and very quick. I could not find the golden mushroom soup, so I just used Campbell’s and it was fine. I also added a container of fresh mushrooms & 1 large onion. I recommend using a large skillet and maybe sautéing the mushrooms first. I will make again. Thanks.

Hamburger Goulash

The taste is similar to Sheppard’s Pie. I made it in a large pot and used tomato soup instead of tomato paste, added a ½ cup of water to start. Did not add the green beans... It made a ton of food!

Slow-Cooked Tamale Casserole

I enjoyed this recipe! I did not put it in a crock pot; I used the suggestion of another person and baked for 45 minutes in the oven. I also added a small can of diced chilies. Will make again!

Buffalo Chicken Dip

I make a very similar dip, the differences are: real chicken, boil a whole chicken then shredded, blue cheese dressing from the jar in the produce section, Texas Pete Hot Sauce (2) bottles! It is so delicious everyone asks for the recipe.

I enjoyed this recipe. I did take the advice from others and spiced up the cream cheese with dried herbs from my pantry. I loved the creamy texture…but I might cut back on the cream cheese next time. I also used hot Italian sausage and it added nice heat.
