Delish! Like the other reviews...lessen the salt, as the parm is salty too! Family loved this...made twice in one week!

Grilled Tilapia with Mango Salsa

Reviewed: Aug. 21, 2012
We loved this recipe! It was easy and delicious! The only change I made was to use both strawberries and a large mango for my salsa, just because I had berries on hand. Delish!! My nine year old daughter raved about the fish!! We'll definitely make this again!!

Kung Pao Chicken

Reviewed: Jan. 24, 2012
This was pretty good...kids didn't love it but hubby did. I added about one cup of water, per another reviewer and think next time I will not add quite so much. I think I may have watered down the taste too much. Good flavor even though! Will make again

Grilled Marinated Shrimp

Reviewed: Sep. 7, 2011
Tried your recipe tonight and it was a hit! I did use ketchup instead of paste and dried parsley instead of fresh, because that's what I had on hand. It was delicious!! I served it over linguine with extra sauce that I heated up on the stove. Thanks for sharing this recipe, it's a keeper!!

Chicken Breasts with Lime Sauce

Reviewed: Apr. 19, 2011
Really enjoyed this recipe! It was easy and I had all of the ingredients on hand. Instead of bread crumbs, I used almond meal to make it more paleo friendly. I also doubled the lime juice and used only 3 T. butter. I added the chicken stock, as others suggested too. Delicious! Mybwhole family liked it! Thanks for sharing it!

Annie's Fruit Salsa and Cinnamon Chips

Reviewed: Mar. 28, 2011
Wonderful! I made this recently for a huge party and it was a hit!! I used Fuji apples, blueberries, raspberries, strawberries, and kiwis...delicious. It did take some time chopping it all (didn't want to shred it in the food processor) but it was worth it. Everyone loved it! Also, made the cinnamon tortilla chips- good but time consuming as well. Might try store bought kind next time to save time. The fruit makes a gorgeous salad!! Thanks for sharing!!! Will definitely make again!!

Savory Chicken Breasts

Reviewed: Aug. 10, 2010
This was a delicious dinner idea! I used some of the suggestions of others when making the sauce. I used 1/2 C. milk and two cans of Cream of Chicken soup. I also seasoned the chicken with pepper and garlic salt before topping with the mixture of milk & soup. I would think anything less, wouldn't be enough sauce! I used bread crumbs as stated in the recipe and thought this was a yummy dinner...my whole family enjoyed it! I made fettuccine and served the chicken mixture ontop...very good!!

Pancakes I

Reviewed: Aug. 4, 2010
Just made this recipe for my kids, who love pancakes. It was a hit!! I doubled the recipe, omitted one Tbsp. of oil and added two tsp. of vanilla- worked out well. I also divided the recipe into two portions and added chocolate chips to one and fresh blueberries to the other...both came out delicious!! Definite keeper!

Chicken With Mushrooms

Reviewed: Aug. 3, 2010
This recipe was delish!!! I made it for my family tonight and it was a definite hit!! I followed the advice of others and sauteed half of the fresh mushrooms in olive oil and crushed garlic, tenderized the chicken breasts (pounded them to flatten alittle) and added a can of Cream of Mushroom soup to the broth. I used mozzarella cheese and a sprinkled the whole thing with a little grated parmesan. The chicken was moist and delicious. I served it over extra wide egg noodles with steamed carrots and broccoli. I will definitely make this again and again! Thanks so much for sharing it!!

Buffalo Chicken Wings III

Reviewed: Feb. 18, 2009
These chicken wings were sooooo good!! I made them for Superbowl- never made chicken/Buffalo wings before. They were pretty easy and turned out great!! They were a big hit!! I took the advice of previous reviewers and threw the wings into a bag with 1/4 C. flour and a little salt and pepper. I prefer a little breading on Buffalo wings. The sauce is really flavorful! Thanks for sharing!!

Tomato Pork Loin Chops

Reviewed: Sep. 16, 2008
Yummo! I made this recipe and took the suggestion of precious reviewers and altered it a tad. I substituted 2 cans of diced tomatoes for the tomato sauce, omitted the fennel seeds (didn't have any), and used powdered hot sauce instead of chili powder because that's what I had....my husband loved it! It was easy to make and had great flavor. I served it with egg noddles and steamed broccoli- very good. I will definitely make this again!
