Simple Whole Wheat Bread

The best bread I have ever made! I hate rating recipes when I alter them...but I subbed one cup of oatmeal for one of the cups of white flour and added flax and sunflower seeds. Flavor and texture was out of this world.

Thai Chicken Curry with Pineapple

Portuguese Sweet Bread IV

I have been making Portuguese sweet bread for 30 years and was looking for a recepie that was less dense. This one got a 5 for flavor and texture but a 3 for instructions. It took far longer to rise and cook than indicated. The full recipe is not for whimps...it is a LOT of dough to handle. I put some in mini loaf pans to give away...big hit! This will be my go-to recipe.

Chocolate Cherry Cake II

My mom made this years ago and called it a Dump Cake. I made mine in bundt pan and cooked for 34 min. I made only half the icing and used white choc chips with a drop of red food coloring. Everyone had seconds! I carefully folded the cherries in at the end.

Brooke's Best Bombshell Brownies

My granddaughter wanted to make brownies to brting home to her dad. OMY. She chose to use white chocolate chiips which made them quite pretty. The best ever!! Sinfully rich.

Basic Beef Stock

Absolutely the ONLY way to make stock. I made a huge batch and froze some for future use. It is perfect for those who have allergies to soy and other ingredients found in premake broth and much tastier. Thanks for sharing.
