Parmesan Sage Pork Chops

Reviewed: May 22, 2014
This was dee-lish!! Followed the recipe exactly, used thick boneless chops. Also, did some chicken tenders in the same crumbs for my son who doesn't eat pork and it was just as good on chicken. it's a keeper! Thanks Missalissa! '

Chocolate Zucchini Bread II

Reviewed: Jul. 31, 2013
This was fantastic! Very moist and chocolaty with a nice kick of cinnamon! I left out the nuts, only because I didn't have any, I will be more prepared next time!

Down Home Baked Beans

Reviewed: Apr. 15, 2012
Yep! These were great! I followed other reviewer's advice and reduced the sugar, drained the beans, (Bushes), and added a squirt of yellow mustard. I had to increase the servings to 20 for Easter Sunday brunch so the cook time was about 2 hours. Everyone LOVED the beans, went great with ham and potato salad! Thanks for sharing! I will make these again!

Blackberry Cobbler II

Reviewed: Nov. 3, 2011
This was wonderful! Easy and Delicious! works great with blueberries too. The trick to the dough is to only mix till crumbly, and then sprinkle on top, don't let the dough form like "dough". I will make this for years to come, thanks for sharing it.

Stuffed Eggplant with Shrimp and Basil

Reviewed: Aug. 3, 2010
This was very tasty! Like one other reviewer I added some zucchini and put it in a casserole dish. I also added about 2 tbs of Greek olive tapenade and about 1/4 cup of feta cheese. I still mixed the bread and parm cheese and put that on top. I love eggplant and always look for more dishes like this! I will make this again!

Cherry Pie III

Reviewed: Jul. 26, 2010
In my Parents back yard we have a sour cherry tree and this year, to everyone's surprise, the birds didn't eat them. So my children and I picked a grand total of 12 cups of cherries! We did two different batches of pies, baking 2 each time. the first time we did 6 cups of cherries and 3 1/2 cups of sugar. We decided that it was two much sugar and only added 3 cups in the second Bach. The other thing we changed is that we used vanilla instead of almond the second time. Both batches were great! I hope you enjoy this summertime recipe, it was a lot of fun for us!!

Green Chili Rice Casserole

Reviewed: Mar. 17, 2008
This was a real winner! I made for a teacher's dinner at school and everyone loved it. I did add garlic powder and topped it with French's Original French Fried Onions, that gave it a nice crunch! Yum!
