I just put this sauce together because there was no more bottled sauce in the pantry. Judging from the wonderful smell wafting from the kitchen, I won't be buying the bottled stuff anymore. This is so good! We're having chicken tonight but I can't wait to try it with pulled pork. I followed the recipe as written.

Pizza Casserole

This is good stuff! My adult son, who loves lasagne and pizza as a food group, ate 4 helpings the first time I made it. I didn't change a thing. It's definitely a keeper.

Cathy's Banana Bread

This is a great recipe. I followed directions except for the sugar.I exchanged a 1/3 of a cup of white sugar for brown sugar. Baked in a bundt pan for 50 mins. Excellent texture, flavor, and color. A definite keeper!

Chocolate Brittle Surprise

This stuff is sooo good! I tried it simply because I wondered what would happen to the crackers. It's better than a Heath candy bar. Really easy, simple ingredients, and totally addictive!

Jay's Signature Pizza Crust

I have never been able to make decent tasting homemade breads and pie crust, but this is something else! We like this better than delivery pizza. The dough comes together very quickly with a good stand mixer and a dough hook-ready to rise in no time at all. I've used this recipe several times now and have had excellent results every time. Way to go Jay!

Award Winning Soft Chocolate Chip Cookies

These are the best chocolate chip cookies I have ever made. We love soft chewy cookies and these definitely are. This is the only way I make them now.
