Spaghetti Carbonara II

I made this pretty much as listed, and I loved that it didn't take cream like most listed. We didn't use wine or parsley, and used Canadian Bacon cooked pretty crisp. My kids LOVED this! I halved the recipe, and shouldn't have because we ate it all! I will probably be making it again next week because it's a new family favorite. To answer some commments - you don't cook the egg so that it tastes like scrambled eggs. It just coats the pasta and makes it fabulous with the cheese! Yummy!
