Szechwan Shrimp
This was not quite as tasty has I had hoped...but still good. The best thing is that it was easy and quick to make. I used jumbo sized uncooked shrimp. Served on a bed of white rice. Mixed in broccoli that had already been steamed in microwave and also steamed sugar snap peas to boost up the veggies. It is worth a try. If you like really spicy, bump up the red pepper amount.
