Zucchini Brownies

This is the strangest brownie recipe I have ever made! It did seem a little dry and to moisten it up I added a little more zucchini (I had extra) and I felt like that did the trick. Definitely make the icing! They are delicious!

Chocolate Chip Cookies (Gluten Free)

Delicious! These gluten free cookies taste just like the real thing! Following other reviews I cut out the white sugar, used 2 eggs in place of the egg substitute and actually omitted the salt. They are wonderful cookies! I am going to pass this recipe on! Thanks!

Zulandt's Lentil Casserole

Yum! I just made this and can't stop eating it. I don't know if there will be any left for dinner! It is a tasty casserole and I like the fact that it wasn't made with cream of something soup!

Plum Blueberry Upside Down Cake

This is a wonderful cake recipe. But I don't recommend making it without the fruit and margarine/brown sugar mixture. It would be too dry without it. Any fruit works well. I did mine with canned pineapple and plums, since the plums I had were a little soft they didn't hold up well when I cut them. I also substituted butter and added orange zest. Overall, I was very satisfied!

Good Recipe! I like the fact that it uses applesauce and the oats add a different texture. I used a lot less salt though, only about 1/4 tsp.

Beef Barley Lentil Soup
