Zucchini Brownies

This is the strangest brownie recipe I have ever made! It did seem a little dry and to moisten it up I added a little more zucchini (I had extra) and I felt like that did the trick. Definitely make the icing! They are delicious!

Peach Pie the Old Fashioned Two Crust Way

Wonderful recipe! It set up perfectly the next day. I had thrown away the recipe after I printed it then came back frantically trying to find it. It is a keeper!

Chocolate Chip Cookies (Gluten Free)

Delicious! These gluten free cookies taste just like the real thing! Following other reviews I cut out the white sugar, used 2 eggs in place of the egg substitute and actually omitted the salt. They are wonderful cookies! I am going to pass this recipe on! Thanks!
