Basic Crepes

Reviewed: Jul. 27, 2008
I make them every Sunday for breakfast. HOWEVER, YOU NEED TO PUT THE milk in first, then the melted butter, then eggs. I also add vanilla extract and turn the heat down to like a 4-5 on my stove to keep them from browning. You can add a little more milk if you like them thiner, like we do. I put butter on them and sprinkle sugar on them and roll them up. My hubby likes jelly/jam in them.

Banana Banana Bread

Reviewed: Sep. 2, 2011
I made this and for some reason, this is the only one I will make! TRY coco chips in it-YUM! I have made it for my daughters pre school teachers in mini loafs they said it was the BEST they have ever had. If I have a over ripe banana or two I just put them in the freezer (they will brown up even more) and then when I have time or enough will make it.

Chewy Granola Bars

Reviewed: Feb. 20, 2011
My kids love them! SUPER EASY! You do need to add more honey and butter though. Oh, and I added peanut butter. You also need to press hard in the pan before cooking. DON'T over cook or they will get hard and crumble. They to me are more like a cookie, but I KNOW what is going in them and we too rip though the store bought ones that are packed with junk!

We are huge reuben fans and this was not good at all. I would rather make the sandwich.

Creamy Chicken and Wild Rice Soup

Reviewed: Nov. 28, 2011
This is the BEST! I make every time. Super easy too! The only change I make is I add may more flour to rue (and add a little more butter) and don't add extra water until the end to thin it out -my hubby likes soup on the thicker side.

Baked Pork Chops I

These were great! My husband loved them and I will make over and over again. I also over cooked them a bit but you could not tell; they were still very good and not dry.

Ranch Burgers

Reviewed: Mar. 23, 2009
I will make this every time we have burgers! However you need 2-3 times the ranch dressing mix to give it any flavor. I also let it sit for a good hour in the frig before I made the patties and grilled them. I would not change anything else just add more ranch mix. Very juicy burgers!!!!

Three-Cheese Spaghetti Bake

Reviewed: Aug. 5, 2008
I DID CHANGE A FEW THINGS!! My family loved it! My toddler ate & ate and that doesn't happen often. THE CHANGES: I cut the pasta to serve 6 and it was still enough pasta for like 10. I also read the other reviews and doubled the sauce for 12. I also used SAGE SAUSAGE and it made it what it was. I do not use beef any more after discovering SAGE SAUSAGE.
