Very yummy! My husband and I were smiling all the way as we were eating the pancakes :) I made 4 pancakes. I had only 1/2 cup of buttermilk left, so I used 2% milk and 1/4 tsp of vinegar to top up to 1 cup.

Buttermilk Oatmeal Muffins

i added chocolate chips and the muffins taste very good. without the chocolate chips though, the muffins are a little bland.

A-Number-1 Banana Cake

Simply fantastic! Added 1/2 tsp baking powder, 1/2 tsp vanilla as others suggested. I brought the cake to work and it was gone in a flash and I've got several requests for recipe.
