Chicken, Feta Cheese, and Sun-Dried Tomato Wraps

Reviewed: Feb. 25, 2011
My mom loved this, my husband not so much. I liked it except I think I'd rather use fresh tomatos. I guess its all a matter of taste. Very delicious, will make again.

Very good, I would only recommend adding salt to taste.

Spicy Chicken Breasts

Reviewed: Feb. 15, 2011
This was very delicious! Only change I made was putting double the cayenne pepper (don't do this if you don't like really spicy food) and cutting the thyme in half since it is a very overpowering herb. Is good on the grill but I have baked this in the oven on 350 for 40 minutes and it is very moist and tender.

Basic Baked Spaghetti

Reviewed: Jan. 25, 2011
Its one thing when a recipe is simple and leaves it to you to put whatever seasonings you want. Its another when the measurements for the base ingredients are completely off. I am so glad I had extra spaghettie sauce because before even baking it I could tell it was going to be dry like what I read in other reviews. Double the sauce, then everythings is fine.

Pork Chops With Red Cabbage

Reviewed: Jan. 21, 2011
Not bad, but not great either. The cabbage came out yummy! The pork was tender but needed some flavor. Will make again but will figure out what seasonings would be good on the pork.

Crock Pot Portobello Chicken

Reviewed: Jan. 20, 2011
I followed the recipe exactly and they only part I really liked about this was the mushrooms. The pasta was very bland since the juices from the dressing and chicken weren't enough to give it flavor. The chicken was tender at least, but very bland as well.

Blackened Fish

Reviewed: Jan. 11, 2011
This is the best recipe I've ever used for making fish without breading! My kitchen isn't tiny and I have a good vent so the smoke wasn't an issue. If you are the type that loves really spicy food you can double or even triple the red pepper like I did. Also, I found the thyme overpowered the other spices a bit so next time I will cut that in half.

Swiss Chicken Casserole II

Reviewed: Jan. 11, 2011
Very good! My husband is picky and even he loved it. I followed every instruction except I had a feeling it would be too runny if I added the milk so I left that out and it was good. For larger breast pieces you may need to put an extra half slice of swiss.

Corned Beef and Cabbage

Reviewed: Mar. 15, 2008
I must agree, how do you fit everything in? I was only able to fit the cabbage, corned beef, and potatoes. And I was only able to fit the potatoes after 2 hours of cooking and the cabbage had become soft. Was going to cook the carrots separately but I got drunk and thought, "Screw it, no one here likes carrots anyways". Other than that...turned out awesome. My husband was all, "YUM!"
