Another 5 star review for this delishious chicken salad. I doubled the green onion, left out the bell pepper, added grapes, used 2/3 of the cranberries, used cashews instead. We made wraps with it..so very good and addictive!

Bob's Awesome Lasagna

The first time I made this I only had one bag of 8oz cheese- it definatly needed more because when I made it the second time, I used the full amount and it was way better. I had never used the no boil noodles- but I did and they were great- that really shaves off time! Only changes I made were- added a can of diced tomatos, added an egg and parmesan to the cottage cheese with seasonings....awesome! Even better the next day..thanks Bob!

Restaurant-Style Buffalo Chicken Wings

I don't know what I did wrong. I was so excited to try this recipe! The sauce was good, but there wasn't enough of it, the chicken wouldn't brown (the oil was plenty hot) and they just had a weird taste. I followed the recipe to a T- used corn oil to cook with...I was disapointed.

Glo's Sausage Fried Rice

Fabulous. I cut the recipe in half and still fed our family of 6. Used all of the sausage, added mushrooms and extra soy sauce. The sausage is good in this- I was hesitant. Probably not a meal for work days....it took longer than the 40 min. it says. Really really good!

Hash Brown Casserole II

This is really good. I didn't have any sour cream, so I scrambled 3 eggs with a little milk and poured it over the top before baking, used cream of mushroom and half a bag of frozen broccli- i used odds and ends cheese that I had to make it extra cheesy- I think the real american slices I used(chooped up) made it really good. Easy, cheap, and deliciuos.I did not use the cornflakes, either. Perfect for a family of 6!

Pineapple Upside-Down Cake V

Yum! You can make it in a 9x13 pan also and it comes out great- just use more of the coconut/ pineapple ring combo for the bottom. Ive made it several times- its always good

Awesome Slow Cooker Pot Roast

Ummmmm...so good! Perfect for busy families like mine. I just made mashed potatoes and veggies when I got home from work and dinner was served in half an hour. The gravy gets a little salty but other than that it is delicious. The kids ate every bite.

Creamy Peanut Butter Fudge

Yum! THe creamiest Ive ever made- the first time I made it, I boiled it according to the recipe, and it turned out a little too soft, but still good. This time, I boiled for 9 minutes, which was just what it needed-perfect!

No Bake Cookies III

These are one of my favorites- very addicting! I use a little less milk than called for, and boil about five minutes. Ive wasted alot of ingredients -but theyre well worth it once you get it right.
