Best Big, Fat, Chewy Chocolate Chip Cookie
These were soooooo good, folks. You gotta try 'em. I didn't melt the butter either, used soft butter and mixed it with the sugar like usual. Soft chewy luscious texture. They took 16 minutes to bake in my oven. Cookies never last long in my house, but these went especially fast. I only got one! Makes me want to make another batch... hmmmmm.....
