I love to bake, however, I don't usually make sugar cookies. This was my first time using this recipe and I had a little trouble with the dough. I chilled the dough overnight, and when I went to roll it out my dough was crumbling. I looked online and it said that it may be because it was still too cold. I waited for it to warm up and it was still crumbling so I added a little bit of milk to it. Afterwards, it was ok, but then it was a bit sticky as it warmed up. I live in Hawaii so it is really humid, and I had to add flour as I rolled it out. As far as the taste, the cookies are good. I think once you frost the cookies the right amount of sweetness will be there. Since I don't make sugar cookies that often, this was a lot of work. I don't think I will make them again, only because I personally think that there are better tasting cookies out there with less work!!!
