My husband followed the recipe to a "T" and it was awesome. The outside had a nice crunch to it, while the inside was moist and tasty. Fresh caught in Alaska, we enjoy new recipes. This one is a hit!

II poured the egg mixture into a square skiller and let it cook almost to set. did not have shredded chedder, so I put 2 slices of American cheese across the eggs. Then layed the ham across. I did add Nature's Seasoning and Mrs. Dash, as others commented on it being bland. Word to the wise, do NOT use American cheese. It is too runny! Stick to the harder cheeses. I will try it again, because it was yummy, nonetheless. I'm gonna have to work on the presentation. It looks like it flopped.

First, I baked in a convection oven in the greased and floured bundt pan and have to say, the cake was done at 45 minutes. It was even slightly burned, but still came out moist and delicious. I do think it might be best with a lemon glaze made of powdered sugar and lemonade. Maybe cut the syrup part in half and use only that to soak up. I love lemon anything, so this cake was a big hit. Package taste or not, this is a big hit. I will make it again with the modifications and reduce baking time for my oven. Will report back then.
