Slow Cooker Spicy Black-Eyed Peas
love. My husband HATES ALL BEANS...refuses to eat em...when i even bought the bag of blackeyedpeas he complained it was 2dollars wasted...i begged him to try these...he refused. After seeing everyone else LOVE THEM...he gave in and now he brags about my black eyes peas and whenever i mention them he says "yum"...he even declares it "the only beans ill ever eat". THANK YOU!!!

Zucchini Cornbread Casserole
Delicious!!!! Great way to use zucchini! All I did diff was strain the shredded zucchini in a collander using my hands to squeeze the juice out( about a cup). Kids LOVED it and hub (who doesn't eat cornbread) said it's a new fav and "has lots of flavor"!!! Thank u for this!!!

Good Old Fashioned Pancakes
WONDERFUL JUST THE WAY IT IS!!! I have made pancakes from scratch before and these are my favorite. TIPS: Make on a griddle(300-350 degrees)...and dont flip them too early, let them rise and bubble all the way through. PERFECTION. My husband loved them and he only eats IHOP pancakes. Next time I might add a bit of Vanilla just to sweeten em up.
