Easy Granola Bars

Reviewed: Jul. 31, 2014
So yummy! I made a double batch and cooked for 30 min. then put them in the refrig. I do wish I had put them in a larger than 9x13 pan, pretty thick but still good. So easy to make!

Gingersnap Pumpkin Pie

Reviewed: Nov. 25, 2013
Oh my Goodness!!! I made this on a chance to make it for Thanksgiving and served it to some friends who were visiting from out of town. Everyone raved, even my picky mil who is very traditional about Thanksgiving dinner. I followed "ohiodeb" review to a "T" and was very thankful I did. We will be having this pie for Thanksgiving. Thank you for sharing your recipe Deanna.

Chocolate Coated Peanut Butter Crackers

We make these for Christmas as part of our cookie repertoire, I also learned you can use marshmallow cream instead of peanut butter for a nice "smore" cookie.

Pat's Baked Beans

Reviewed: May 19, 2013
These were wonderful! Our BBQ was a great success. I used the recipe ALMOST to the T. I didn't use red beans but rinsed black beans and added all the rest of the recipe and instead of baking them in the oven, I did what one reviewer suggested and put them in my crock-pot. They turned out wonderful.

Strawberry Rhubarb Sauce

Reviewed: Mar. 3, 2013
I've used this recipe, with three berry frozen fruit from Costco, several times now over a lemon pound cake. The flavors in the lemon, berries and orange juice compliment each other very nice. I'm taking it to a potluck lunch today and know it will go over very nicely. thank you for a wonderful sauce.

Slow Cooker Honey Garlic Chicken

Reviewed: Sep. 13, 2012
So yummy, thanks for the recipe. 2 days ago I fixed this. I just dumped everything in the crock pot (except pineapple, cornstarch and water) with 10 frozen chicken thighs and 5 hrs. ( 2 hr. high 3hrs. low) later I added pineapple and we had an amazing dinner. I didn't do the corn starch and water until tonight and put the last 2 thighs in the sauce to simmer 'til warm. Can't wait to try it again and halve the recipe, just hubby and me.

Low Fat Breakfast Cookies

Reviewed: Sep. 13, 2012
Yummy! I found I can put all the dry ing. + raisins chocolate chips or whatever you want in your cookie, in a 1 qt. ziploc bag. and keep in refrigerator until needed then just pour into a mixing bowl and add "wet" ing. I keep 2 of them in the refrig. I also added 1 tsp cinnamon and nutmeg, I use the whole nut and prob. grate about 1/4 tsp. I also added about 1/2 tsp. more vanilla. I did make 8 BIG cookies. Very filling w/coffee.

Salsafied Chicken and Rice

Reviewed: Jun. 8, 2012
Wonderfully easy, delicious and filling. Thank you Jamey for your recipe, I've made it twice in the last week and have shared with several friends. The only thing I changed is to cook brown rice in broth, add to the chicken, added a little corn and some olives, put the salsa in, mixed it altogether added a little cheese put the lid on and cooked for about 5 min. on low. Sooooooo yummy! Even the leftovers tonight!

Kyle's Favorite Beef Stew

Reviewed: Mar. 23, 2012
Awesome recipe! Thank you for sharing. I've made this several times and it never fails to taste wonderful and meat always comes out so tender, it melts in your mouth. I followed other reviewers and cut the meat down to 2lbs meat, 1 pk onion soup mix. marinated the meat in beef broth and onion soup mix overnight THEN put meat in flour mix (flour, 1/4 tsp. garlic powder, pepper and salt). and browned on all sides. The meat always comes out very tender.

Steak Stir-Fry

Reviewed: Feb. 14, 2012
Ooooohhhh Yaaaa, this one is a keeper, for sure. I did a little (know I shouldn't ) Dr. ing up,I used 1 bag of “Deluxe Stir fry” from Wal-mart, some mushrooms. I also added a little over 1/4 c. splenda brown sugar and didn’t have beef bullion so used 1 cup of lower sodium chicken broth and 1/3 c. low sodium soy sauce with the corn starch. My Hubby is still raving about it. I think I'll try using Chicken next time. Thank you for sharing this recipe.

Love this recipe, so easy and yummy. Using Linda's Idea about keeping the unpopped kernels out... and Renee's Idea about putting the caramel covered popcorn in grocery bags and putting them in the microwave for, I did 35 seconds, 4x each and it ALL came out great! Thank you BS4U2C for your recipe. My little special "Trick Or Treaters" will be SOOO HAPPY!
