Because other people had mentioned that the "no blueberry" parts of the muffin were bland, I added fresh squeezed lemon juice and some lemon zest to the batter. I also replaced some of the milk with cream cheese, used strawberries instead of blueberries, and replaced a few tablespoons of white sugar with dark brown - in both the batter and topping. Delicious!! I greased and floured the pan and had no problem getting the muffins out. They looked perfect and were moist and great tasting. I do think that they would need some flavoring other than what is prescribed in the original recipe, but overall they were great! I rated this a 4 because I changed the recipe so much, but I liked them how I made them at least a 5!
