Cinnamon Rolls II
Wonderful, just enough sugar and butter. Light moist . Beautiful to look at. I would increase the cinnamon by 1tsp next time.
Makes 24 good size rolls.
I actually let these rise 2x before forming...just because of interuptions.
When formed, I put them in the fridge overnight. They took about 3 hours to rise fully from cold. I warmed my oven slightly, (under 100 degrees)turned it off, covered the buns and let them sit in the closed oven.
I repeated this very slight warming 2 x.
Take the buns out to preheat.
Also, slightly oil the pan before the buns go in.
