Teriyaki Pork Tenderloin
Very easy and perfectly cooked at this temperature and for this amount of time. I substituted Ponzu for the soy sauce. Not sure if this is what made it too salty for me, but my husband and children liked it. Served with roasted potatoes and mixed veg.
