Amish White Bread

My 12 year old son made this for school for extra credit in science, how yeast works etc... It was so easy and unbelievably good, no great!! He used less sugar like recommended, the texture, the flavor was as if we got it at a great old time bakery!! The whole class loved it, there was none left!! Today, he is going to make it for Sunday dinner at Pop-pop's. He is going to make garlic & basil and garlic & parmesan cheese bread. That's right were Italian-"American".

Awesome Sausage, Apple and Cranberry Stuffing

This is soooooo good, even cold, which sounds gross, but it wasn't! My boys loved it and they are very picky! I didnt use the parsley, liver (wwww) or turckey stock (I used chicken stock instead) I couldnt find the cranberries, they were out so I got dried cherries, which were yummy!!! This will be a staple to our Thanksgiving dinner.... :) Thank you!!! :)
