Made this recipe as listed. Very good, not too dense like some muffin recipes, moist and irresistible out of the oven. Didn't measure the bananas, just used three ripe bananas. Even my brother loved them and he hates banana muffins! Made in mini muffin format as well. Those turned out great as well.

Sweet Cornbread Loaf

I was a little skittish to try this recipe because the lack of reviews but man, am I glad I did! This cornbread is perfect - just what I want in a cornbread. Moist, sweet, just plain GOOD. And it was so easy to make a batch of it. Thanks for sharing! I've finally found a corn bread recipe to suit my needs.

Honey Wheat Bread I

This bread rocks! Very easy to make with a stand mixer. The flavor can't be beat. Light yeasty flavor with a hint of honey. I will be making this again and again. Thanks for sharing!

Quick and Easy Brownies

This is a super easy recipe. Added 1/2 cup mini semi-sweet chocolate chips instead of walnuts. Very yummy. Next time around I would probably cut down on the sugar just a tad.

Orzo with Parmesan and Basil

My fiancee and I have been making this for a few months now. It is SO good. Try it with chicken breaded with breadcrumbs and shredded parmesan. Perfect pairing.
