Zucchini Bread II
This is a great recipe and I never thought to add raisins, a tasty addition for sure. Everyone I shared it with raved. I love that it makes 2 loaves. When I bake I want lots. : )

Nutty Apple Crisp
This is a decent apple crisp. I would have a thicker layer of apples though. I used a combonation of granny smith, gala and red delicious. Basically what I had in the fridge. I think next time I will add more oats to the crumble mixture. But overall a nice topping.

Egg-Free Low-Fat Oatmeal Cookies
This is my first time baking with apple sauce. Which I have been dying to try. I would say these are pretty darn good for being "diet" type cookies. They aren't as good as good old fashioned oatmeal raisin cookies. But hey, when you are dieting and want cookies these fit the bill pretty good. They are also good when you are out of margaine and want to bake cookies! Thanks!
